    I’m Queenie Marie, the CEO and Founder of TVQ Solutions. I lead our team in providing social media management, virtual assistant services, and bookkeeping support for clients across industries.

    What inspired you to join TVQ Solutions?
    I wanted to create a company that helps businesses grow without the overwhelm — offering reliable support and consistent branding so entrepreneurs can focus on the big picture.

    What do you enjoy most about the work you do here?
    I love seeing our clients succeed and knowing that the systems we build free them to scale with confidence. Helping people simplify their work and achieve more is what drives me.

    What’s one fun fact or hobby you enjoy outside of work?
    I enjoy studying psychology, exploring wellness routines, and spending time with my kids — they’re my biggest source of joy and motivation.

    I specialize in a wide range of advanced business, legal, and productivity platforms, including QuickBooks, Zoho, WealthCounsel, Filevine, Clio, Smokeball, LawPay, and Vinesign for legal and financial management; Notion, ClickUp, Podio, Airtable, Citrix, Siebel, and Simul for productivity and systems; and Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, and Mailchimp for web and marketing.

    Hi, I’m Joice, and I’m the Operations Manager at TVQ Solutions.
    I oversee schedules, communications, and daily operations to ensure the team runs efficiently and our clients receive seamless support. My role allows me to bridge leadership, staff, and clients so that everything flows smoothly behind the scenes.

    Why did you choose to join TVQ Solutions?
    I wanted to be part of a dynamic, growing company where I could apply my skills while continuing to learn. At TVQ Solutions, I’ve had the chance to work closely with leadership and contribute to projects that make a meaningful difference.

    What do you enjoy most about your work?
    I enjoy the variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to create impact through efficiency and organization. Helping the team stay on track and ensuring our clients’ needs are supported gives me a strong sense of fulfillment.

    What’s one thing you love to do for fun outside of work?
    Outside of work, I love traveling and spending quality time with my family. Exploring new places and experiences keeps me inspired and refreshed.

    I work extensively with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Canva, and project management tools like Asana. I also have hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Calendly, Infusionsoft, and Square.

    I’m Phoebe Leonor, the Creative Lead at TVQ Solutions. I guide the creative vision for our Social Media Management team, ensuring our content is innovative, strategic, and impactful for our clients.

    I joined TVQ Solutions because of the leadership and culture built by our CEO, Queenie. She fosters an environment of trust, empowerment, and collaboration — values that inspire me to grow and contribute meaningfully.

    What do you enjoy most about your work?
    I enjoy the flexibility of a permanent work-from-home setup, which allows me to manage my time effectively while giving my best to clients. More importantly, being trusted with responsibility motivates me to stay accountable, creative, and dedicated to producing high-quality work.

    I love spending time with my family and continuing to explore creative outlets in my personal life.
