Work Setup

  1. Is the work fully remote?

    • Yes, TVQ Solutions operates 100% remotely. All you need is a stable internet connection, a reliable computer, and a quiet workspace.

  2. Do I need to provide my own equipment?

    • Yes. Applicants are expected to have their own laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet connection to perform tasks effectively.

  3. What tools will I be using?

    • Depending on your role, you may use tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Canva, Notion, Clio, HubSpot, Airtable, and others. Training is provided when necessary, but prior experience with these tools is an advantage.

Work Culture & Expectations

  1. What’s the work schedule like?

    • It depends on the client. Some roles require fixed shifts aligned with U.S. hours, while others allow for more flexibility.

  2. How will I be paid?

    • Payments are processed via Unionbank on a regular schedule agreed upon during onboarding.

  3. Do you offer training?

    • Yes, we provide guidance and role-specific training. However, since we require at least 1 year of VA experience, we expect applicants to already be confident in performing standard VA tasks.
